What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers and supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Manage supply chain operations governance, optimizing procurement settings, lead times, and replenishment strategies.
• Align supply-demand plans with Program Managers to ensure material availability and production schedule adherence.
• Analyze and report on key supply chain KPIs, delivery reliability, and inventory management for regional leadership.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics teams to resolve transportation challenges and customs disruptions.
• Champion Lean Management System (LMS) principles to drive process standardization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supply chain professionals or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or LN.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives.
