Focus on identifying whitespace opportunities, managing complex sales cycles using MEDDICC, and orchestrating integrated pursuit teams to deliver high-value business outcomes.

Location: Must reside in the Greater Seattle Metro area. This role operates in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations.

Compensation: $287,300 – $371,800 (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of customer strategies and align them with hirify.global’s unified platform solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through digital transformation, cloud migration, and AI initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including accurate pipeline management and forecasting using MEDDICC.
  • Orchestrate integrated pursuit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive successful post-sales handoffs.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Greater Seattle Metro area.
  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, specifically in storage or cloud solutions.
  • Strong background in tech B2B sector with expertise in both cloud and on-premises storage environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience collaborating with Solutions Engineers or Architects to drive technical sales success.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and relationship management.
