What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the brand portfolio.
• Lead and coach high-performing sales teams to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Engage with C-level executives and government agencies to drive strategic enterprise deals.
• Optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to scale the business.
• Collaborate with global and regional leadership to ensure alignment and share best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership and operations within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and scaling teams.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore and broader APAC technology market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
