HR Data Analyst

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and automated reporting solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs across talent acquisition, engagement, retention, learning and development, total rewards, and HR operations.
• Analyze workforce data, employee sentiment, lifecycle metrics, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Improve HR data quality, reporting workflows, governance, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or comparable reporting and data visualization tools.
• Experience building dashboards, developing KPIs, and automating reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and make business recommendations.
• Experience with large, complex datasets, including cleansing, validation, integration, and modeling.
