TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the steward of the brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution.
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and contractors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve production efficiency and scale.
  • Own the editorial strategy and content calendar to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to support campaigns and sales enablement.
  • Establish brand governance frameworks, templates, and review processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven track record of building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale.
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing marketing request queues.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into compelling market-facing experiences.
  • Fluency in using AI tools to amplify creative and operational workflows.
  • Ability to travel up to 35 days per year for company meetings and team events.
