What you will do

• Set strategic direction for the brand team, translating business priorities into compelling campaigns.
• Lead integrated marketing efforts from audience insight through execution and measurement.
• Elevate brand quality, visual consistency, and narrative clarity across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage and develop a growing brand marketing team and guide external agency partners.
• Drive thought leadership programs, including industry reports, customer stories, and PR initiatives.
• Utilize AI and emerging tools to improve research, workflow, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in brand, integrated, or campaign marketing with multi-channel execution.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams and external agencies.
• Strong storytelling ability with high creative judgment and visual consistency.
• Experience using data and research to sharpen strategy and drive measurable impact.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams.
