Salary: $99,450 – $140,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do
- Define and execute LinkedIn and thought leadership strategies across commercial, clinical, and scientific narratives.
- Build and operationalize an employee advocacy program for executives, scientists, and commercial leaders.
- Translate complex health and longevity topics into accessible, engaging content for professional audiences.
- Align social activation with commercial priorities and partnership opportunities to drive growth.
- Design a scalable content system to transition from ad hoc requests to a repeatable model.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Science, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure storytelling alignment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or thought leadership.
- Proven experience developing external-facing content for executives and subject matter experts.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience building or scaling operational programs, systems, or workflows.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
Nice to have
- Experience within consumer, healthcare, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and scale content creation.
