TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA). Must be located in and working from the Eastern (ET) time zone

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 base + Equity + Bonus

hirify.global is building the data layer for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to operationalize data and automation, acting as a cross between Github and Palantir.

What you will do

  • Own product packaging and positioning, defining naming, bundling, and pricing frameworks for different buyer segments.
  • Translate a complex technical platform into clear, compelling narratives and messaging for technical and executive buyers.
  • Build a scalable sales enablement engine, creating decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards to win enterprise deals.
  • Grow thought leadership by producing content and webinars regarding data infrastructure and the AI transformation in AEC.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market to align capabilities with buyer value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, specifically with technical, data, or platform B2B products.
  • Must be based in the United States and located in the Eastern (ET) time zone.
  • Proven track record of defining positioning and packaging for complex products.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to build messaging frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the AEC, construction tech, or infrastructure domains.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise platform products.
  • Comfort with AI-driven products and the associated messaging nuances.
