What you will do

• Serve as the steward of the brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution.
• Own the editorial calendar and content strategy to strengthen brand awareness.
• Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and contractors while managing the marketing request queue.
• Implement AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve production efficiency and scale.
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to translate strategy into high-quality market-facing experiences.
• Define and report on key brand metrics including brand index and share of voice.

• Proven track record of building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing complex marketing operations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into compelling market-facing content and creative.
• Fluency in using AI tools to amplify creativity and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel for mandatory all-company meetings and team events.
