Location: Remote (requires 35–40% travel).
Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 a year.

What you will do
- Lead annual strategy sessions to align institutional goals with platform capabilities.
- Own the renewal strategy, including forecasting, health monitoring, and negotiation.
- Manage and coach a team of Engagement Managers to ensure consistent account health and adoption.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for institutional leadership.
- Identify and act on account risks while reporting on portfolio performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to inform the roadmap and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in higher education or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing renewals and account growth for enterprise clients.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ChurnZero.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to set direction for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
