TL;DR

Location: Remote (requires 35–40% travel).

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 a year.

What you will do

  • Lead annual strategy sessions to align institutional goals with platform capabilities.
  • Own the renewal strategy, including forecasting, health monitoring, and negotiation.
  • Manage and coach a team of Engagement Managers to ensure consistent account health and adoption.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for institutional leadership.
  • Identify and act on account risks while reporting on portfolio performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to inform the roadmap and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in higher education or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and account growth for enterprise clients.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ChurnZero.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to set direction for senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
