What you will do

  • Own a defined customer portfolio, overseeing all phases of the lifecycle including renewals and expansions.
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows to prepare for high-stakes executive meetings and synthesize stakeholder context.
  • Translate product updates, research, and feature launches into client-ready narratives and industry-specific positioning.
  • Build ROI-driven renewal decks and engagement summaries based on usage data and program outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver adoption and value realization.
  • Contribute to CS playbooks and AI workflow best practices to improve team-wide efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in customer success, with at least 2+ years at a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing deal sizes ranging from $100K to $5M.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for meeting prep, communications, and data synthesis.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and Zoom.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Coda and Looker.
  • Experience with AI productivity platforms, customer health tooling, or workflow automation tools.
