TL;DR
Sales Director (AI): Leading and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales team to drive adoption of AI-powered customer experience platforms with an accent on complex deal navigation and GTM strategy. Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or hybrid in Atlanta, New York, or San Francisco).
Compensation: $370,000 – $400,000 + Equity + Commission.

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Own regional sales targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality.
- Coach team members on deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure data-driven insights and clean sales processes.
- Support reps in navigating complex buying committees and closing late-stage deals.
- Drive consistent execution of the sales motion across the region.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end complex deals of $1M+.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, tooling, and emerging trends.
- Experience building GTM strategies from early-stage growth.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
