Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery calls, demos, and solution scoping for enterprise and health system prospects.
- Partner with sales teams on proposals and product-fit conversations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and shape the product roadmap.
- Create sales enablement materials from scratch, including architecture templates and demo guides.
- Manage high-priority strategic cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- 1+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
- CS or Engineering degree with technical fluency in Python backend development.
- Experience with demo-building tools such as Lovable, Claude, or Cursor.
- Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to attend a final onsite interview in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience with voice AI/VAPI technologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards including FHIR and HL7.
