What you will do

• Analyze current and upcoming global regulations pertaining to trust and safety on dating platforms.
• Socialize safety regulation requirements with stakeholders across all brands to enable innovation.
• Deliver executive-level briefings on regulatory themes and compliance status.
• Manage and iterate on programs to implement regulatory requirements, including project plans and milestones.
• Oversee the delivery of transparency reports and other required disclosures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and facilitate proactive communication.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Trust & Safety, or public policy.
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong familiarity with major global regulations affecting online trust and safety.
• Proven program management skills with experience driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Government Relations, and Communications teams.
• Direct experience handling regulatory inquiries, audits, or transparency reporting.
