Senior Manager, Privacy (Software)

What you will do

• Own and advance the end-to-end global privacy program, maturing policies and controls to market-leading standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing privacy team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with product, technology, infosec, and legal teams to embed a privacy-by-design culture.
• Serve as a key advisor on emerging digital regulations and implement the AI responsible use program.
• Design and deliver tailored privacy training for audiences ranging from engineers to marketers.
• Oversee core privacy operations, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and data subject rights requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and leading privacy programs, ideally in a global environment.
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring others and building a team.
• Must be based in Ireland or have valid work authorization for Ireland.
• Strong ability to communicate complex requirements and influence senior leadership.
• Proactive, self-directed leadership style with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Specialist privacy credentials such as IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM).
• A Law or IT degree (or higher) or a data protection diploma.
