What you will do
- Respond to inbound B2B sales inquiries and convert qualified opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Build customized product catalogs tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Develop and improve B2B sales processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a record of achieving targets.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong cold outreach experience via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales.
- Familiarity with European B2B markets.
- Experience using AI tools for sales prospecting and research.
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category product portfolios.
