What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing a full-cycle sales process independently.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
- Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
