TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil and available to work in U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing a full-cycle sales process independently.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
  • Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS or professional B2B solutions.
  • Background in selling to SMB or mid-market organizations.
  • Experience mentoring junior sales representatives.
