What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable GenAI and ML models.
• Architect internal tooling including LLM leaderboards, benchmark suites, and experimentation pipelines.
• Define and implement best practices for model lifecycle management and LLMOps.
• Embed fairness, transparency, and safety into AI development to ensure Responsible AI.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to shape AI product strategy.
• Mentor scientists and engineers while fostering a high-performance AI community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in applied ML/AI with a track record of delivering production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows using Python frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or LangChain.
• Expertise in GenAI system design, including LLM integration, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing APIs and deploying ML services in cloud-native environments like AWS or GCP.
• Strong product hirify.globalion and ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting AI agents with external tools and data.
