What you will do

• Design and architect AI solutions built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for technical decision makers and data scientists.
• Position Snowflake’s AI and ML capabilities for technical stakeholders across the Americas.
• Partner with account teams and customer champions to scope and drive proofs of concept to successful technical outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI and ML roadmaps through customer feedback.
• Create scalable technical content, including blog posts, conference presentations, notebooks, demos, and customer stories.
• Maintain and tailor AI and ML sales-engineering assets, presentations, and demonstrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Python and common ML packages such as LangChain, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Experience with data-engineering technologies such as dbt, Airflow, and Spark, plus large-scale database technologies.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding sessions, formal readouts, and demos.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years of practical Snowflake experience and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of LlamaIndex or other open-source packages in the LLM ecosystem.
