What you will do

• Manage and service large strategic accounts, balancing 75% account management with 25% new business acquisition.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions for product applications.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct customer training and merchandising to strengthen brand equity and value proposition.
• Monitor market share and report on key account performance using sales funnels and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with internal technical departments to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in chemical specialties, specifically with equipment, repair, and institutional market products.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with strong presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of ware washing, housekeeping, and laundry equipment, including basic electrical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to travel upcountry occasionally as required by business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
