What you will do
- Develop and own the core positioning framework, value propositions, and messaging hierarchy for Catapult Analytics.
- Lead GTM strategy and execution for new feature launches and major releases, from planning to measurement.
- Conduct competitive research, win/loss analysis, and monitor market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with storytelling tools and regular enablement sessions on product value.
- Perform buyer research to sharpen the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and maintain detailed persona profiles.
- Collaborate with the central European marketing function to ensure all campaigns reflect accurate product positioning.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, primarily in B2B SaaS.
- Experience acting as a first PMM or working in early-stage environments building processes from scratch.
- Exceptional proficiency in both German and English (C1+) for high-level writing and C-suite presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in competitive research and win/loss analysis.
- Proficiency with PMM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Klue, Crayon, or Gong.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Hamburg, Germany.
