What you will do

• Analyze global naval market trends and competitive developments to identify strategic opportunities for USV and UUV systems.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for naval and maritime security applications.
• Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Create marketing assets including sales decks, white papers, and case studies in collaboration with the content team.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into operational narratives for procurement organizations.
• Drive market intelligence through customer surveys and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic product marketing, specifically within the naval, maritime security, or defence technology sector.
• Proven track record in developing GTM strategies for complex B2B or B2G technical systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in German; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to manage stakeholders in international matrix organizations.
• Ideally located in Rostock to work closely with the Sea Domain Product Management and operational teams.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in maritime operations (USV/UUV, MCM, ISR, MDA).
• Understanding of NATO capability development and naval procurement processes.
