What you will do
- Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop customized solutions for prospective restaurant owners.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of set expectations.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position the brand in the local market.
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills (written and verbal) required.
- Must be based in Hamburg, Germany, as this is a field-based role.
- 1+ years of experience in customer sourcing, closing, or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- General technical proficiency with software.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
