Salary: $189,500 – $278,000

What you will do

  • Drive blueprint-led redesigns of high-friction workflows in partnership with AI Champions across non-engineering functions.
  • Enforce blueprint standards including agent configuration, integration patterns, and governance guardrails.
  • Design for long-term adoption by setting measurable baselines and aligning role expectations with HR leadership.
  • Manage the redesign portfolio, ensuring prioritization remains focused on high-value, scalable outcomes.
  • Identify platform gaps and feed signals back to engineering teams to improve enterprise capabilities.
  • Partner with HR and workforce transformation teams to evolve hiring criteria and learning pathways alongside workflow changes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems or enterprise workflow platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience driving organizational change within business functions or transformation teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling AI-powered workflows from prototype to enterprise production.
  • Strong ability to influence and align VP-level stakeholders on strategy and investment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a technical field.
  • Background in enterprise HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, or Customer Success technology.
  • Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks, evaluation pipelines, or governance programs.
  • Prior experience as a forward-deployed engineer or AI solutions architect.
