What you will do

• Lead machine learning platform initiatives by partnering with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver shared AI/ML capabilities across multiple product areas.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions within the ML platform scope.
• Translate business needs and technical possibilities into clear product requirements, documentation, workflows, and development plans.
• Drive adoption and measurable impact by identifying opportunities, removing blockers, and communicating value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Own products end-to-end from discovery and ideation through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate complex AI and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, engineering, or a related technical product role.
• Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated industry with security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML products and data platforms, infrastructure, or shared technical capabilities.
• Technical curiosity to engage with concepts such as APIs, data analysis, SQL, notebooks, logs, and system architecture when needed.
• Strong written communication and leadership skills, including creating PRDs/strategy materials and aligning stakeholders across levels.
