What you will do
- Own Paid new customer acquisition (NCA) outcomes and CAC targets for the business unit.
- Manage multi-million dollar paid media budgets with full authority for spend and reallocation.
- Lead agency relationships, ensuring roadmap alignment and holding partners to high output standards.
- Execute hands-on campaign management across Meta and Google Ads, including bid strategy and creative testing.
- Define and maintain the adtech roadmap, including pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and data pipeline integrity.
- Collaborate with Analytics to lead incrementality testing and mixed media modeling.
Requirements
- 8+ years in performance or growth marketing with at least 3 years hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
- Proven track record of owning acquisition targets and CAC numbers with data-backed results.
- Deep fluency in paid social and search bidding strategies, including automation and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with measurement infrastructure, attribution modeling, and data pipeline QA.
- Direct experience evaluating and managing adtech vendors such as DSPs and CDPs.
- Must be able to work from the Seattle headquarters at least 3 days per week.
