What you will do

  • Own Paid new customer acquisition (NCA) outcomes and CAC targets for the business unit.
  • Manage multi-million dollar paid media budgets with full authority for spend and reallocation.
  • Lead agency relationships, ensuring roadmap alignment and holding partners to high output standards.
  • Execute hands-on campaign management across Meta and Google Ads, including bid strategy and creative testing.
  • Define and maintain the adtech roadmap, including pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and data pipeline integrity.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to lead incrementality testing and mixed media modeling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance or growth marketing with at least 3 years hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads at scale.
  • Proven track record of owning acquisition targets and CAC numbers with data-backed results.
  • Deep fluency in paid social and search bidding strategies, including automation and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement infrastructure, attribution modeling, and data pipeline QA.
  • Direct experience evaluating and managing adtech vendors such as DSPs and CDPs.
  • Must be able to work from the Seattle headquarters at least 3 days per week.
