What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and position roles effectively.
  • Ensure accurate data management and process efficiency within the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for unionized hiring in Quebec, ensuring adherence to collective agreements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through career events, community partnerships, and innovative marketing.
  • Partner with HR COEs including L&D, Compensation, and Benefits to streamline recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English) required for daily collaboration with Quebec teams.
  • Proven experience with unionized hiring and insurance operations.
  • Proficiency in Workday Recruitment module and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to onsite career events within the region.
  • Strong consultative approach to partnering with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
