What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and game development roles including AI/ML, systems, data, and creative disciplines.
• Partner with hiring leaders to translate business needs into targeted hiring strategies.
• Serve as a market advisor regarding talent trends, compensation, and availability in Montreal and U.S. markets.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage specialized and hard-to-reach talent.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, community engagement, and event strategy.
• Utilize data and funnel insights to optimize hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth in technical or game development hiring.
• Bilingual proficiency: English required, French strongly preferred.
• Proven success hiring for AI/ML, systems, data, game programming, and creative roles.
• Strong understanding of Montreal and U.S. talent markets and competitive landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic hiring plans with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to commute to the Montreal office 1-2 days per week.
