What you will do

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM executive leaders to influence hiring decisions and team design.
  • Design and execute inclusive, competency-based recruitment processes across North America and Europe.
  • Build and refine long-term talent attraction strategies to engage top-performing GTM profiles.
  • Leverage recruitment data and market intelligence to refine sourcing and evaluation approaches.
  • Represent the company in industry events and community engagements to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on GTM recruitment in fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic hiring through data-driven insights.
  • Experience designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of GTM talent markets and revenue-generating roles.
  • Ability to engage competitive profiles with credibility and depth.

  • Track record of building proactive talent pipelines in performance-driven markets.
