What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies for GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Act as a strategic partner to GTM executive leaders to influence hiring decisions and team design.
- Design and execute inclusive, competency-based recruitment processes across North America and Europe.
- Build and refine long-term talent attraction strategies to engage top-performing GTM profiles.
- Leverage recruitment data and market intelligence to refine sourcing and evaluation approaches.
- Represent the company in industry events and community engagements to strengthen employer branding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on GTM recruitment in fast-growing organizations.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic hiring through data-driven insights.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of GTM talent markets and revenue-generating roles.
- Ability to engage competitive profiles with credibility and depth.
