What you will do
- Build and execute a global hiring strategy to scale R&D teams effectively.
- Partner with executive and People Team leadership to align talent acquisition with business priorities.
- Design and iterate on the TA roadmap to support mission-critical hiring.
- Leverage data to identify trends, optimize KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talent acquisition professionals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for R&D hiring while promoting a culture of inclusion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years in a management role.
- Proven experience leading technical recruiting teams and partnering with R&D leadership.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning hiring strategies to organizational success.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence culture across an entire organization.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Must be based in Vancouver and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
