What you will do

• Manage 10-15 live vacancies, primarily focusing on GTM roles across North America.
• Partner with hiring managers and function leads to shape recruitment strategies from the ground up.
• Own the full recruitment cycle: from target lists and sourcing to assessment and offer negotiation.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using passive, direct, and social channels.
• Drive TA process improvements by implementing AI tools like Metaview to work smarter.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions with a deep understanding of B2B sales structures.
• Experience hiring candidates in both Canada and the USA.
• Proficiency with ATS and candidate selection methodologies.
• Ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions and enhance employer branding.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve TA workflows and processes.
