Prioritize near hubs in Austin, Atlanta, Miami, Denver. Also hiring in Canada.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for business-critical GTM roles, including senior and leadership hires.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill talent markets.
- Drive high-quality pipelines, funnel management, and aggressive hiring goals.
- Partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy, talent calibration, and executive conversations.
- Manage requisition loads across high-volume and specialized roles during scaling efforts.
- Improve recruiting processes, workflows, tooling, and reporting for operational excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with deep GTM ownership (VP/Director/AE-level).
- Proven pipeline building for hard-to-fill roles and converting passive candidates.
- Executive presence for senior-level conversations and influencing decisions.
- Data-driven with funnel metrics, ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred), and reporting.
- High accountability, autonomy, and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
