Location: Must be based in Canada (Toronto), Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build robust talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting, ideally within Pharma Commercial.
• Must be based in Canada and familiar with Canadian recruitment/employment laws.
• Experience with Workday ATS and social media sourcing tools.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
