Compensation: $195,000–$225,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to acquire new accounts and retain existing customers.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on hirify.global’s product portfolio and molecular diagnostic services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement laboratory services agreements and drive business growth.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and ROI for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the oncology space.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of successful experience in Oncology, Pathology, or Laboratory sales.
• Deep knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and reimbursement landscapes.
• Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong business analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
