Compensation: $241,946 – $311,536 per year (at plan)

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Prospect and cultivate new business relationships within the cancer care community.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through consultative sales and problem-solving.
• Coordinate logistics and provide clinical expertise to medical providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Must live within the defined territory (Reno, NV).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of sales success in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
• Experience selling to medical providers or clinical background as a PA, NP, or RN with liquid biopsy experience.
• Ability to travel within the defined territory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
