TL;DR

What you will do

  • Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and manage essential HR documentation such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate data within the HRIS and generate standard and ad hoc compliance reports.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate data transfer and administer employee benefits and statutory leave.
  • Ensure all HR processes and records comply with internal company policies and UK employment legislation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar HR coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Birmingham, UK (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
