What you will do
- Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
- Prepare and manage essential HR documentation such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Maintain accurate data within the HRIS and generate standard and ad hoc compliance reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate data transfer and administer employee benefits and statutory leave.
- Ensure all HR processes and records comply with internal company policies and UK employment legislation.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar HR coordination or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Birmingham, UK (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of current employment legislation.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
