What you will do

• Own global People Operations and Shared Services, including onboarding, payroll, mobility, immigration, and offboarding.
• Manage multi-country payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation, AI-enabled tools, and digital solutions.
• Maintain HR systems, personnel records, and ensure GDPR and employment legislation compliance.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Shared Services team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Proven experience leading HR Shared Services or People Operations teams.
• Expertise in payroll, immigration, and employee administration.
• Experience implementing HRIS and using AI tools for operational improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
