TL;DR

Majors Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net new account acquisition and expansion within major accounts (1,000–2,500 employees) with an accent on consultative sales, multithreaded deal management, and value-based product demonstrations. Focus on converting product signals into durable revenue, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve account coverage.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid, San Diego Office)

Salary: $190,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in the assigned region.
  • Convert account signals, free trials, and demo requests into qualified commercial pipeline.
  • Run structured discovery to uncover workflow pain points and stakeholder priorities.
  • Deliver compelling value-based demos connecting the platform to executive outcomes.
  • Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, and procurement.
  • Maintain process discipline across forecasting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline inspection.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, including net new acquisition and account expansion.
  • 2-4 years of SaaS sales cycle experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Quotes (RFQ).
  • Process-driven mindset with diligent attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management or productivity software.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce signup flows and field sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, and Front.
  • Exposure to technical support or customer service processes.
