What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations including data quality and governance projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Define and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates to ensure alignment.
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments in a structured and transparent manner.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Project Management Office by sharing lessons learned.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management within IT, software, or data transformation environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, and critical paths.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to report to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Must be fluent in English and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering data governance or data quality projects in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
