What you will do
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations to define business objectives and technical success criteria.
- Create structured Statements of Work (SOWs) detailing engagement scope, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Manage relationships with implementation and agency partners to ensure delivery standards and resolve blockers.
- Act as the primary point of accountability and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support pre-sales activity through workshops and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to feed implementation insights into the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation within a SaaS or CMS environment.
- Proven track record of scoping complex technical engagements and owning SOWs.
- Experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or system integrators.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments without a detailed playbook.
- Must be based in the USA, Canada, or UK.
