What you will do

• Lead and manage IT and digital transformation initiatives across the full project life cycle.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Drive clear project governance, communication, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, digital, or transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of IT systems and software delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
