Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Build a pipeline of biotech and pharmaceutical customers via scientific networking and proactive prospecting.
- Engage with researchers and biotech leaders to identify drug discovery challenges and introduce oncology solutions.
- Translate complex scientific problems into customized research proposals with mentorship from senior leaders.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through proposal development and closing.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, and Operations to provide comprehensive scientific and commercial support.
- Manage pipeline organization using CRM tools and execute strategic territory planning.
Requirements
- PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Strong scientific understanding of drug discovery, oncology, genetics, or translational research.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Must be based in the US.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30% for client visits and scientific conferences.
