Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Engage medical and surgical oncologists to integrate diagnostics into tumor boards and clinical pathways.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal oncology, pharma, and medical affairs teams.
• Execute targeted sales strategies to drive test adoption and volume growth.
• Maintain deep expertise in hirify.global products, reimbursement landscapes, and competitor offerings.
• Identify and resolve logistical barriers to testing within clinical institutions.
• Monitor business health and act as a clinical concierge for client issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of direct oncology experience or Associate degree with 7+ years.
• Deep knowledge of the local oncology market and institutional networks.
• Robust understanding of molecular diagnostics, NGS, and liquid biopsy.
• Ability to engage multidisciplinary stakeholders in complex academic environments.
• Strong business analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
