Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD/year base + commission

What you will do

  • Grow a portfolio of high-value life sciences accounts and execute strategic plans for long-term revenue expansion.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities by uncovering whitespace and expanding into new buying centers.
  • Position consultative solutions tailored to clinical development, regulatory submissions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions and Delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management, ideally in life sciences or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and driving significant account growth.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences workflows, including regulatory and clinical processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States
