What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client functional support inquiries and incident management.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to investigate issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Deliver product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain user documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
• Analyze client feedback and enhancement requests to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client support, business analysis, financial technology, or market operations.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing or case management systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, or market surveillance processes.
• Experience in a client-facing role within fintech, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
• Confidence in presenting to clients and facilitating training sessions.
