What you will do

• Build the core analytics foundation from scratch, including defining key metrics and tracking architecture.
• Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth and product development.
• Design visibility into acquisition channels and analyze full funnel flows from first touch to activation.
• Set up scalable reporting for acquisition performance and evaluate A/B testing outcomes.
• Identify Mexican SME market specifics to refine product and growth logic.
• Partner with business stakeholders to transform ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Superset.
• English: B1+ proficiency required for effective collaboration within an international community.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.
