Focus on translating operational bottlenecks into scalable product solutions and improving the user experience of the Ambassador App.

Location: Hybrid (Mexico). Relocation support to Mexico is provided for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Design and scale operational processes for the Ambassador Network, covering onboarding, task assignment, and quality control.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product and process solutions.
• Define requirements and design workflows for the Ambassador App and internal backoffice tools.
• Manage the business backlog by collecting, structuring, and prioritizing requests for the engineering team.
• Define operational metrics and KPIs to track productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments.
• Proven ability to define KPIs and use data/metrics for decision-making.
• Experience in task decomposition, prioritization, and writing structured business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Must be based in or available to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in Field, Delivery, or Customer Operations, or Workforce Management.
• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
• Experience with mobile products designed for field teams.
• Knowledge of incentive systems and workforce productivity management.
