TL;DR
Business Analyst Junior+ (Fintech): Designing and scaling operational processes for an Ambassador Network to deliver banking products with an accent on operational efficiency, internal tool development, and backlog management. Focus on translating operational bottlenecks into scalable product solutions and improving the user experience of the Ambassador App.
Location: Hybrid (Mexico). Relocation support to Mexico is provided for the employee and their family.

What you will do
- Design and scale operational processes for the Ambassador Network, covering onboarding, task assignment, and quality control.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product and process solutions.
- Define requirements and design workflows for the Ambassador App and internal backoffice tools.
- Manage the business backlog by collecting, structuring, and prioritizing requests for the engineering team.
- Define operational metrics and KPIs to track productivity, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments.
- Proven ability to define KPIs and use data/metrics for decision-making.
- Experience in task decomposition, prioritization, and writing structured business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English: B2 level or higher required.
- Must be based in or available to relocate to Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience in Field, Delivery, or Customer Operations, or Workforce Management.
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
- Experience with mobile products designed for field teams.
- Knowledge of incentive systems and workforce productivity management.
