TL;DR
Business Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing large datasets to drive critical business decisions and optimize client experience with an accent on data structuring and operational efficiency. Focus on utilizing SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction and solving complex mathematical problems to mitigate business risks.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico (2-3 times/week)

What you will do
- Conduct investigative work to determine the most relevant data for specific business situations.
- Support team decision-making by monitoring analysis and managing project flows under uncertainty.
- Extract and process large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and Scala.
- Analyze product interactions and collaborate with multifunctional areas to improve efficiency.
- Identify and solve non-obvious problems to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong analytical capacity and ability to solve problems mathematically.
- Understanding of business basics, specifically the interaction between risk, opportunity, and technical areas.
- Creativity and efficiency in seeking solutions to daily operational challenges.
- Ability to align data-driven decisions with the company's purpose and customer experience.
