What you will do

• Monitor quality dashboards and metrics to identify anomalies, gaps, and recurring issues.
• Perform root cause analysis across operations, product, and technical setups to understand the origin of failures.
• Own the quality improvement loop, transforming raw findings from the QC platform into prioritized action plans.
• Coordinate issue resolution with operational and product teams, tracking progress until closure.
• Build and manage a quality issues backlog on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to implement operational training based on quality findings.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, business, or process-oriented role.
• Strong proficiency with numbers, metrics, and structured problem-solving.
• English: B2 level or higher required for international team communication.
• Must be willing to relocate to Mexico City.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
