Senior Solution Consultant (NAIC Reporting)

Location: Mexico City; hybrid workplace with two days per week in the office and remote work on other days

What you will do

• Implement and maintain SimCorp Dimension configuration solutions for NAIC reporting in the US insurance industry.
• Maintain and enhance the NAIC solution in collaboration with reporting specialists and internal departments.
• Analyze upcoming NAIC requirements and assess their impact on SimCorp Dimension.
• Lead client workshops, present configuration enhancements, discuss developments, and gather requirements.
• Create, maintain, and run test cases; verify reconciliation results and document the NAIC solution.
• Provide on-the-job training to clients and support solutions for North American clients.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Mathematics, IT, Physics, or a similar field.
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding, including SQL and programming languages such as Visual Basic.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical skills, an organized way of thinking, and an initiative-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently.
• High drive and ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders in a changing global environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension or another investment management software.
• Programming languages and software development experience.
• Knowledge of financial instruments or asset management business and processes.
• Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
