What you will do

• Implement and maintain configuration solutions for the US insurance industry using hirify.global Dimension.
• Analyze upcoming NAIC requirements and perform impact assessments on the current solution.
• Lead workshop sessions with clients to present enhancements and gather functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases and verify reconciliation results.
• Create and enhance technical documentation for the NAIC solution.
• Provide on-the-job training for clients.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Mathematics, IT, Physics, or a similar field.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Visual Basic.
• Outstanding analytical skills and an organized way of thinking.
• Ability to prioritize tasks among multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Dimension or other investment management software.
• Background in software development.
• Knowledge of financial instruments or asset management business processes.
• Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
